I also had high hopes when I first joined Steemit but through the months I learnt that the only way of becoming rich here individually is to already have a ton of money (and invest it here). Even though it did break my mood a little, I like having a place to express myself... plus I've found some pretty awesome friends here!

I can see it too, but posting in facebook don't bring me any single cent in 9 years and I still do it for fun, inspiring and entertaining my friends. Why not to do it here as well, if I can improve my English, get additional friends and some bucks in long term. So, let's have nice time here and exchange some interesting stories, that's what I'm thinking now :)
And now I noticed, we are from same city :D
My first reaction to "teretulemast" was a nice way to say "hello" to me with google translator :)
