This is one of the sentences that I'm tired to hear: "the musicians are starving" and immediately a question comes to my mind:

Who doesn't listen to music?

How's it possible that musicians and are starving if everywhere, everyone listen to music. Imagine a life without music, So if you're start thinking about it music is everywhere.

And I've figured out that musicians are guilty. What happens is that music is art and most of the musicians love to make music and sometimes they don't consider it as work, they make it as a hobby, because it is fun And relaxing.

And here comes the problem, Imagine that you make music for hobby and you have a friend that owns a bar and he ask you to play in his bar, you so excited to play and you're not thinking about profit so you play for free or for a low-cost. Then musician that is dedicated only to music are not going to be able to charge the real ammount.That is how music business is going down.

I invite you as musician to take your job serious, don't give your work and your time, for free. Time is gold.
