Guess what? ... I let the cat out of the bag, so now you can read my banana pancake recipe on my blog under 3 easy vegetarian breakfast recipes. Please try it and let me know how it comes out in your kitchen! And BTW, sometimes I add chocolate chips to the batter because why not?
