Hello Everyone!
My name is John Patrick Lastrado. I'm new to this website.
This site was referred to me by @craftech.
I was amazed by how this community works, and decided to join immediately.
Some Things About Myself
For the past years, I have been really interested in photography, and have since then improved my skill in the art. My other interests are videogames, specifically Skyrim and the Arkham Series, or any stealth game in particular. I love to play the guitar and ukulele. As of now, I own a D5500
The Photographer/Explorer
I have been a photographer for 2 years now. Based on the standards of photography, I can consider myself a professional. Photography is a skill and job at the same time. It is a new way of expressing ourselves or path to intricate storytelling. Sometimes a photo is more than meets the eye. It can take very long to take just one photograph. I use Lightroom for editing to give it a boost in the story it tells. I may have an entry-level camera as the one mentioned above, but I have honed my skills enough to know how to use a light-capturing device well.

How to insert pictures? The best way is to use imgur.com. You don't need to sign up. Just save pictures to your PC, then upload to imgur.com, then you will need to wait for it to upload, then you will right click on the image and copy the "image address" or "image location" not image link. I actually tried to add images, but the file size of my images were to big. I'll try to make the quality low so I can post it :)
Big is good. It will appear small when it is published

Welcome steemit newbie im so happy to see a new face steemit is a great platform and I’m enjoying my time here I’m still learning everyday but I still love it and its awesome that steemit is growing this fast. And I think it should grow faster unfortunately a lot of people still don’t know about steemit so it’s up to us to spread the word and invite others to join..my steemit account is like my baby im investing a lot of time on steemit to interact with other users
If you want to increase the number of followers you will have to start commenting and interact with other I take at least an hour every day to comment on post and make friends and this strategy has helped a lot because I cannot afford to invest in my steemit account just now so I try to help myself grow by interacting with others… just put yourself out there and you’ll see your account grow.. I really hope you enjoy your time on steemit… I know it will get frustrating when you see that most of your post don’t make money when you get started on steemit but you need to be patient and trust that you will grow over time… welcome again your presence on steemit is greatly appreciated

On my page I resteemed a post with free image editing options just yesterday. You should never have to substitute quality for size ;)
