OneMealADay: Introducing Claire
Am introducing this little orphan to steemit,
I rarely visit the orphanage homes. But today's visit changed my mindset.
Twas yesterday by exactly 11:30am wen I and my two friends arrived the orphanage home.
I looked at d environment, I looked at the food which they are all struggling for, not long enough until I noticed this beautiful little girl.
She was very friendly as I asked her her name, her age and what snack I should get for her.
After my enquiry, I found out that her mum died while giving birth to her, So sad. Not long enough she started crying. I too joined her to cry as it was a pity she never saw her mum.
Sometimes, wen I wake up in the morning, I stare at my wardrobe, thinking ion have clothes.. Or that I need to go shopping. And for many of us, its pretty simple. Get into the car, drive to a nearest mall and buy whatever you wish for. Too bad.
After I visited the orphanage yesterday, I found out that their are many out there who really need our help. If and only if we can donate to this ones, twill go a long way in adding a good value to their lives. My thought.
So I decided to assist the by commenting on their behalf here, and I think OneMealADay can improve their standard of living. Pls sir/ma, these ones are under our care, let's help them put food on their table! Thanks for an upvote!
