First Post- I've got a lot to say... naked... while drinking juice and eating fruit.
I'm all about the click bait, but I promise to deliver.
I'm Jess.
I'm sort of a nomadical gypsy, die hard vegan, mostly fruitarian, plant bast nutritionist, hippie, animal loving, tree hugging sometimes nudist.
This is the best question to ask someone, and if they can't answer, help them change that.
What are you passionate about that allows you to be creative?
For me it's writing, photography, and soon to be gardening.
What about that gets you active?
HIKING. HIKING HIKING HIKING. I hope to get in to more water sports soon :)
And makes you money?
Nutrition. And that can be combined with youtube videos and instagram, and hopefully now Steemit ;)
MOVING ON.
I operate as a walking science experiment, mostly nutritionally, but sometimes otherwise.
My most recent experiment was 8 days of just watermelon,
I've done this previously, with other fruits. Grapes, mangos, bananas, etc.
I've also done 9 days on only water, which I plan to do again soon, for much longer.
As of late, I've got the travel itch. I "live" in Florida, but most recently my adventures took me to Montana, where of course I fell in love.
Montana get's it's own post though, so I won't bore you with all of the pictures here.
In another week I'll be on my way to Ecuador.
I coach all of my nutrition clients "virtually" so I'm basically a "digital nomad" as they like to call say... I don't know who they is so don't ask.
I like to tell it how it is, but sometimes I like other people to tell it how it is so I make less enemies. That being said, if you haven't already, go watch WHAT THE HEALTH!
(non linear thought patters, FTW)
So what I'm trying to tell you is, the world should go vegan.
Also I know a bit about cryptocurrencies, particular bit coin, I'm not an expert per say, but I've been paying attention, and making some moves, obviously you all have too.
I kind of wanted to cram all this fun stuff in to this post, so you can all get to know me... but the video of me crying about cows definitely deserves its own post as well... I'll just share some random photos and you can tell me how you feel about them, what you'd like to hear more about, etc.
So this is some random dude I met at a music festival ;)
I love festivals, I guess that's something I'm passionate about that COSTS me money.

So glad you're here, Jess! :) I'm in Sarasota, and loving that the community of fruitarians / raw vegans / vegans is growing quickly, especially in FL!
Welcome @jesseatsfruit to steemit. Clickbait is always a good idea if you deliver afterwards. Nice pictures from Montana (name of the state is suggestive). I want to see the post about it. If you have questions feel free to ask.

Hello Jess. Welcome to Steemit :) Do checkout my posts and follow me if you like them.
Welcome to Steem @jesseatsfruit I have sent you a tip
Thanks bottymcbotface.
Welcome to Steemit! So do you only drink water for 9 days, no food at all? Do you manage to do your daily work like this? Also I am discovering vegan life as well, at september I will be having 1 year without fish and meat :)
Yep, only water.
When I get back from Ecuador I'm hoping to do a longer one, but you really need to set aside the time for REST, which is easy for me because I work online, but I'm traveling a lot the next few months, and being active while water fasting is a sure fire way to guarantee muscle loss :(
I'm glad you're on the vegan path, be sure to follow me, I'll keep posting about it!
Sure, looking forward :)
Hello and welcome to steemit. Check out the posts that give advice on how to maximize your fun here. I wish you the best. I'm an American living in Thailand.
Following you now.
Awesome!! Thanks. I've still got a lot to learn, I've been here for less than a day, but I'm beyond excited to figure this thing out! What's the best advice you can give to a newb?
Depends on what you want to accomplish. If you just want to have fun blogging and posting then just jump in. If you want to try and make money then I'd recommend first reading the posts about how to maximize your efforts.
If I started over again and wanted to make money then I'd pick a topic you really want to be known for. Sort of brand yourself so when the title of your post appears on the wall your a know no entity. The whales as they call them here, are all focused on a specific topic. Then you need to work on getting followers. Post some good comments tent on your topic and engage with posters so they follow you. Good idea to spend time posting on other pages with similar topics. People want a following so they have incentive to follow you back. I've found that if you are willing to write a meaningful post then people are more likely to follow. You also want people who engage to flow you as well. It means they are more likely to post on your content.
Reputation score seems to be key as well. The more you post and engage your score goes up. Your currently 26 which is next to your name and Im 45. It means your vote is worth more so if you post a lot of good responses then your score goes up, as your score goes up people are more likely to want to follow or engage because you might vote on their post. Think of it as a game. I just like to play around myself and I make my money on stocks and my job so I don't try and maximize Steem. I don't mind stopping for a newbie and giving advice, it's fun and hopefully helps you think of something new.
lovely pics, welcome! i look forward to hearing more from you :)
Thanks turtler <3
I'll be sure to stay active on here. This seems a little more personal than most social media, I like it.
Clickbaits are cool if they provide value ;) Welcome to Steemit, you're gonna love it here :)
I'm getting the impression it's like a mix of bitcoin-reddit- and a blog. All of which are friggen awesome :)
That is exactly what it is :)
