Cool. Also let me just say that anyone wanting to form a company that is invest-able in the USA needs to form it as a C corp or B corp. No S corp, partnerships, LLCs or god forbid sole proprietorships.
Definitely. Although I don't think I would recommend incorporating any blockchain company as a taxable US corporation unless you had a very, very good reason.
No one can invest if they don't form some sort of legal entity. Or at least, only investors willing to invest on nothing more than a handshake can invest until there is legal formation.
