Great to be here :) My name is Nikoletta and I hail from the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia. I live in the super cool inner city area of Newtown home to the weird & the wonderful.  

My Motto - Live Fully :: Like a Free Range Human.

 

Things I Looooooooove

My favourite things in life are coffee (GOOD coffee!), craft beer, chewing the fat with interesting folks, being creative, street art, the future & trendwatching, travelling & WOOFing (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) and discovering new things.

 

I’m a super Geeky Greek who loves everything online - I’m a Digital Manager by day building websites and tinkering on the edges of the internet.  A serial product creator and online entrepreneur. I also work with social enterprises and BCorps who are doing their bit to make the world a better place for everyone!  

A self confessed scanner, multipotentialite (thanks Emily Wapnick), and Renaissance Soul (thanks Margaret Lobenstine). I never knew that being interested in a million things at once was actually a valid way to live your life! Thanks Barbara Sher for coining the phrase "scanner" and helping me come out of the scanner closet!

My love of the new (oh yeh I’m also a neophiliac - can you tell I love my identity labels??) has lead me here to Steemit!

Most of all I’m just me! Nice to meet you all…..

How did I come across Steemit?

I literally just heard about it this morning through an email list I signed up to ages ago! The guy that sent it to me is someone I’ve been following for a while and Steemit just didn’t fit in with what he usually shared. So it got my attention for sure! When I checked it out I was blown away by the concept and jumped right in (of course I did - I'm a scanner right!!). 

I also noticed some other people I follow on YouTube had also started using Steemit - and these guys are really into bitcoin technology. 

Enuf said - I’m really excited to be here, share content and watch where Steemit goes in the future.  

What do I intent to write about?

Whatever interests me at the time (yep I'm a neophiliac remember!) and given that I’m a voracious ideas junky then it’s anyone’s guess what I’ll come up with. Will happily also share my tales of life in Newtown, Sydney...
