Hello Steemians, I am no one

 I'm here for the lulz, the maybes, and what-ifs
I know little about how any of this works, but!
I like to write and will gladly share that which I do-

 I sometimes imagine myself to already be dead
and long ago rotted free of all my carbon and other atoms

i sometimes wish an airplane engine would randomly drop
in through the roof and i could just
d            i           e
like donnie darko did
I just sometimes don’t want to wake up-
too many things to do.
too many things to say.
too many hard and not enough happy.
but that’s life.

I sometimes also imagine myself to be
centuries old
locked in a perfect prime
never aging
always learning
living in a soundtrack simulation of my own creation,
a god maybe, growing bored with the status quo
and edging closer, closer
closer to the source code
where I can make myself
older or younger  

and begin again
I imagine Yellowstone going North Korea
or North Korea going Yellowstone
and taking the likes of orange stained celebrity into a molten cloud
of atomic mushroom supernova and mother earth winter
I imagine colossi of all humanities gods
storming the gates of our leaders
with pitchforks and torches
condemning them for their beliefs and justification of atrocities in their names-
I imagine them to be angry
and understanding enough
to take the keys from the war mongers
and deliver them to the poets and artists and music makers –a show of thanks
for creating
instead of
destruction.how nice would it be?
