My name is Holly Rilinger and I'm health and wellness coach living in NYC.

Here's a little bit about me: I grew up in the midwest - my grandparents were farmers and my entire extended family still lives in Kansas. I'm grateful for my humble beginning because it's given me the ability to relate to so many different kinds of people.

I'm 5'4 and played professional basketball. Why? Because that was my dream as a kid and I poured my heart and soul into making it a reality. I retired many years ago and decided to make health and wellness my platform to teach others how to reach for their biggest, baddest dreams. For me, wellness is only partly about the body. It's equally about the mind and spirit.

I've lived in NYC for the past 12 years and have grown to love the city. It's full of opportunity and has allowed me to continue to reach my biggest dreams. I starred on BRAVO'S TV show "Workout New York", helped build a multi-million dollar boutique fitness company called Flywheel, created my own training method, LIFTED, that fuses meditation with training and am the author of my first book - LIFTED (28 day program to strengthen your body, clear your mind and elevate your spirit).

I've appeared on Dr. Oz, The Today Show and Fox News as well as contributed to just about any publication you can think of - Cosmo, Vanity Fair, USA Today, Allure, Self, Fitness Mag, Huffington Post and many many more. I recently launched my own coaching remote coaching business, allowing me to coach people all over the world. Nothing brings me more joy than helping others make impactful change in their lives!!
