Hello. I am so sorry you are having issues. Tell me, how did you get the account? Normally when you go through Steemit Inc you would be load 15 steem to help you have just a little bit of Resource Credit to use.

Do not allow your RC to go below 80%. That way it will build back up within 24 hours. Please remember that every comment you make on someone else's post will take away from the RC so use your comment sparingly for a while so you can post another Introduceyourself post and tell us about yourself and what brought you to the Steemisphere.
