I'm not really a person for posts like this, but when I sneak into a new community I think I should do my best to apply to it's traditions and leave my first footprint.
First things first. My real name is Cedric. You can call me either by my real name or my alias hashkeks or some other nice nicknames like douche or Tröte, situationsbedingt Nulpe. I don't really remember how I came up with 'hashkeks' back in the days but for me it worked pretty good as an internet nickname and there should be some ways to interpret it - may it be in English or German.
I live in Germany, to be more precise in Baden-Württemberg in ze beautiful Black Forest. As a typical German I would never do mistakes while speaking/writing in a foreign language - especially English - so I don't really have to hide my absolutely non-existent occasional mistakes. I apologize now for future mistakes.
Speaking about my interests I think these two pictures should show them best:

As you can see (or not see), I like:
- Plants. As much as animals. That's why I'm vegetarian.
- Music. I wake up with music and I fall asleep with it. Discovering new artists or grabbing a new vinyl or CD are one of the things that make me really happy ♪ヽ( ⌒o⌒)人(⌒-⌒ )v ♪
- Tea. Tasty water. Endless variations for every mood. Nice!
- Computers/Tech.
- Games. I'm either playing on the computer or nintendo consoles
- Politics. But mostly internet politics (is there a special word for it in English? In German it's simply 'Netzpolitik'). I'm against surveillance and think that every individual should be allowed to express himself/herself without fear of governments/corporations/social environment. We have to fight for an internet which serves us people as a source of open and free (as in speech) collective knowledge and cultural goods.
- The internet. I spent a lot of lifetime inside this massive brain full of facets one will never discover entirely. Use it's potential to express and free yourself instead of being enslaved with it.
How I found to SteemIt is a pretty simple story. As a twitter and youtube user I heard about it sometimes in the last months. I came out of curiosity and stayed for the nice community. It just feels right to be here. The content and the people here are kind of honest if you know what I mean and it's a perfect platform to discover and learn new things every day.

Viele spannende Themen die du da anschneidest. (Netzpolitik, Computer und Games um mal ein paar eigene Interessen zu nennen).
Aber fangen wir doch mal ganz leicht an:
Was zockst du denn so?
Danke dir :) Aktuell spiele ich hauptsächlich Xenoblade Chronicles 2 auf der Nintendo Switch. Auf dem PC sonst noch gelegentlich GTA V oder Elite: Dangerous (zurzeit eher weniger weil Dual Boot recht nervig ist). Auf Linux sonst noch Abends mal etwas Stardew Valley oder Stellaris. Auf ein bestimmtes Spielegenre würde ich mich aber nicht festlegen, außer eventuell Sci-Fi (Star Citizen ist bereits unterstützt). Ich spiel einfach das was mir grad Spaß macht ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Wie schauts bei dir aus? Bestimmte Genres? Gelegenheitsspieler? Hardcore Gamer? :)
Aktuell komm ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so wirklich zum zocken, Arbeit ist sehr stressig.
Falls doch bin ich aktuell am 3ds mit Rune Factory oder Monster Hunter^^
Ansonsten bin ich eher der PC-gamer. Stardew Valley wird zum Multiplayer wieder ausgepackt, Dark Souls 2 versuch ich zumindest mal ein bisschen vorranzukommen, aber da hab ich noch nen weiten Weg vor mir :) Leg mich also auch nicht wirklich auf bestimmte Genres fest und spiel einfach was mir grad in den Sinn kommt. (Irgendwie muss sich ja die gigantische Steam-Library bezahlt machen^^ )
Und ne Switch wollt ich mir auch mal zulegen, aber weil ich sowieso keine Zeit habe aktuell ist das noch verschoben...
Der Stress ist mir ebenfalls nicht gänzlich unbekannt, vorallem jetzt, wo das Abitur immer näher kommt habe ich schon lange nicht mehr als mal ein Stündchen gezockt.
Dark Souls wollte ich mal ausprobieren, wenn mich aber GTA schon manchmal frustriert, wäre Dark Souls denke ich nicht unbedingt passend. Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich mich dann doch stundenlang darin verlieren könnte. Vielleicht also gegen Ende des Jahres ^^
Zurzeit spiele ich tatsächlich fast nurnoch auf der Switch, denn sie eignet sich perfekt um Abends im Bett oder auf der Couch etwas runterzukommen. Schade dass es noch keinen Webbrowser oder Apps wie Crunchyroll oder Netflix gibt. Sobald diese aber auch mal implementiert sind ist die Switch bestimmt ein tolles Allround-Gerät.
Ja kann ich gut verstehen und Schule geht halt nunmal vor :)
Wenn du gern was mit nem höheren Schwierigkeitsgrad aber weniger Frustfaktor spielen willst kann ich eigentlich nur Monster Hunter empfehlen, ne wahnsinnig tolle Spielereihe meiner Meinung nach :) (Und die Missionen sind normalerweise alle unter 1 Stunde also das kannst auch unterbringen wenn du mal beschäftigter bist)
Oh bin davon ausgegangen, dass die Switch das bereits alles hätte, aber gut für sowas hab ich ja mein Tablet^^ Auch wenn nur ein Gerät natürlich praktischer wäre...
Ich red mir einfach ein, dass ich nach dem Abitur mehr Zeit dafür habe. Nur wird dann wohl Geld die Zeit als Störfaktor ersetzen :p
Die Monster Hunter und Fire Emblem Reihen stehen schon lange auf meiner Liste der must-play Spiele. Monster Hunter wird dann wohl zuerst realisiert.
Und ja, dachte ich damals ebenfalls. Eigentlich schön blöd von Nintendo nicht mal einen Browser zu implementieren, denn im Grunde würde es funktionieren (Die Weiterleitung zu Social Media Accounts, z.B. Twitter, wenn man Screenshots von Spielen teilen will kann von einem Computer aus auf beliebige Seiten umgeleitet werden. Ein sehr umständlicher Browser, der aber im Grunde ja funktioniert). Sobald Browser und vielleicht ein paar Streaming-Dienste implementiert sind würde ich das Gerät tatsächlich auch außerhalb der eigenen vier Wände nutzen.
Also willst vermutlich nach dem Abi studieren?
Geh mal davon aus was mit Informatik? ^^
Zu Fire Emblem kann ich nicht viel sagen, das ist schon seit Jahren auf meiner eigenen Liste...
Wahrscheinlich wird die Hacker-Community schneller sein als Nintendo, dann erstmal die Switch "jailbreaken" um damit rumsurfen zu können ;)
Da liegst du vollkommen richtig, geplant ist Informatik mit Vertiefung IT-Sicherheit und Netze. Bis dahin ist aber noch etwas Zeit, trotzdem hoffe ich, dass das auch so funktionieren wird :)
Gab es nicht beim 34C3 einen Talk bezüglich der Switch? Da hat man soweit ich weiß demonstriert, wie so ziemlich alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen der Switch umgangen wurden, was den Weg für homebrew frei macht. Ich persönlich würde es denke ich aber nicht übers Herz bringen so an dem Gerät rumzuwerkeln, da ist es mir doch zu kostbar als dass ichs am Ende bei meinem Glück noch bricke :D
