I am Emmanuel, 81 years old, 74% disabled, paraplegic chair 12 years ago.

I have seen dozens of specialist doctors who have all told me that I will remain paralyzed.
I had hundreds of Kine sessions.
And then one day, after a lot of medical research in books on the internet, I started doing exercises.
Only appropriate physical exercises will bring you these benefits.
Little by little, I found sensations in my members. Then, I increased their number to develop a method of physical exercise to help me in my daily life.
Thanks to my exercises, I managed to get up and walk normally for 9 years.
Today at 81 years old, I recovered my 60 years old state. A rejuvenation of 20 years.
My method works and it is adaptable for people of 80 years, 70 years, 60 years, and for the youngest, so as not to have back pain which is one of the evils of this century.
Every morning, I wake up my body with these exercises which allows me to be active all day long.
This method I named it Gymida: Independence independence gymnastics
