Welcome! I was looking through intro posts and found yours. I've given up weight lifting for the most part and focus on body weight exercises only these days. My main exercises are swinging a gada, pull-ups, and walking.

Thanks! I am prone to hernias, and I tend to hurt myself with weights. haha I've had five hernia surgeries so far, so I need to really be careful. My last one was from pressing up too much on a manual bench press machine. LOL Such is life I guess...
