This is using the wrong tag. Word to the wise, if you use the wrong tag people may flag your post, thus lowering your reputation number, thus lowering your Steem power. Okay but you know I could just flag you for using the wrong tag, but instead yes, i decided to kill 2 birds with one stone by promoting my material and explaining how tags work. I do not appreciate you responding by calling my efforts spam.
Yes and I could flag your comment as spam too. Pretty sure directly asking people for "Up, follow and Re-Steem" is considered to be spam when you read the TOS. So worry about your own compliance rather than lecturing others!
I asked for nothing, I simply said they are appreciated. I could have said nothing and left you to get flagged by others, I was simply suggesting that you might want to use different tags.
