Hello SteemIt Community! I ´m worldwide girl.
I really would love to introduce myself to this amazing community: to people with higher interests and a place where everyone can import and export real values!
My name is @Ekatery, nice to meet you All!
So this is my short story: I'm Russian in Spain.
Probably I could be writing you lots about my travels all around the world, cause this is my hobby number 1! BUT here I’ve decided to talk about how do you also can transform your life changing your IN and how can IN, change your OUT! Would love to make a circle of people that would have things to contribute, or maybe to learn from others experience, forget the fierce and feel motivated.
Previously I had lots of bad day, weeks, or maybe years, since I´ve changed my lifestyle I don’t have any of them, not cause I don´t allow bad things happen to me, it´s cause I keep learning everyday and make my life the way I would love to live it!

I’ve seen so different mentalities around the world. My own has been changed several times. Now I speak good: Russian, Spanish, English and Italian; from time to time keep trying with: French, German, Portuguese, and Chinese; and cause I’m also into self-consciousness right now, sometimes do also recognize some Indians words from Mantras and songs. ))) Namaste

At 15 I definitely moved to study and live im Europe. And living alone when you are little girl and want someone family hug.. It was a bit hard some days... but my father was insisting that I need to fight and live this situations the best way possible cause these are my easiest years... Now I'm only ¼ of my life... but yeah those years was nice ones.. ))
I was kind of attracting and good vibes person, but I did not believe in myself. Then I’ve learned to not believe to anybody. I've started to fell big complexes about my real beauty, about what I deserve, about what “stupid” people are around me, about my destiny, about my future career… since young age I was imagining to myself like a person with a HUGE potential, and Great future, thinking that I deserve more than others.
Sometimes I was asking myself: "Why do this person is in the place where I should be???"
(Maybe it’s cause I was not doing anything for myself? I haven’t even submitted for this position....) or anything to reach this place¡! I was just talking and thinking… like an old story: "Say to this man to buy a lottery ticket!"
I was excepting many things from people around me. Like: "If I can, you also can!"
I was accepting some of not behaviors of ex-boyfriend’s.
I was really shocked when some nice guy was interested in me.
Actually I’ve arrived to love myself so much, that my weight was up to 89 kg in my 18-19 years old…

Thanks to God that sometimes I have some brain! And Sometimes I was seeing: my own errors and where I should be progressing...
But was I constantly doing something to change things that I didn't like about me and where I'm???
Of course No! =))))
First you wear some jeans, when they are small to you, you put some sports-clothes, when even they start to look weird, and you put some big-large skirt! AND THAT’S IT!
No cure, just hide!
Lonely at home, watching serials, drinking beer, eating some trash food.
Saying to myself: “How Petty I am?!” “Nobody loves me?!”
"Maybe if I had a boyfriend I would start: to get out of home after studies, make friends to go out somewhere and have some hobby and people with same interests around me??" " Maybe if I have had a boyfriend I would have start doing some exercises and be more fit, nicer and polite and better person?"
Na___ I was a sarcastic-intellectual-punchy-jokes girl. But not yet a woman.

Do you have some solution of how to escape from the repetitive circle? When you not only don’t attract people, but when you open a mouth there's a Big % you make someone feel bad. Or maybe even to yourself, with your own mind …

I know 2 solutions:

1. You’re strong enough to say to yourself STOP! …. Doing this S**t to yourself!!! And START Transforming yourself!
   Many people have done it; you also will be able to!

2. The life, with its planets, Astros, Karma, God and all things around - start to change you!

Definitely recommend you to use the first one! I've tried in 2 ways. The first is harder to start; the second is harder to finish!

The lessons that give us life are to show that you WHAT REALLY YOU Deserve : some progress, better change, new lifestyle; there you would be needed to act.
Or Not !? So then you will never get out from the routine, this cyclic circle where the degree of the damage go higher and higher with every situation that you don’t solve and Keep repeating until you understand the situation!
The changes are also permanent; you decide whether they would negative or positive!
I mean, the life give us “difficult” situations to make us: stronger, different, acceptant, and mindful, to progress to the next level!!! TO THE 1 LOVE
As all in our lives everything is cyclic; every half of the year I understand how “stupid” I was one year ago! Lol :))) I SEE A PROGRESS IN IT for myself!
I started to love myself before loving to another! (Not an EGO Satisfaction, but a real appreciation of yourself, of your existence, in the trust on the best future with some little help and effort)
Previously I was always in love, with someone; but never loved myself.
Trying to transfer all this feelings that I've had on other person. Maybe you could say that it’s maternal feminine instincts that say to us woman: “you need to love “to someone”?!
So woman in stand of loving herself more than anybody other (like mostly all of the men do, like I’ve seen). Find someone to love someone… and Carry about (her boyfriend/cat/friend/etc.) life more than of her owns …
Or Believing that if she don’t “give it” to him after the restaurant, maybe he will never call her again…?! All this awful crazy thoughts…
Once I’ve decided to start to love myself, To try it! It was not that easy!
But I remember one day I felt that I really love myself and this feeling was amazing!!!!!

To love myself, to accept Love and Help from other people! Also my in - out system changed. I felt myself my with more powered, energy, much more more feminine, with more possibilities of every types.
I’ve also lost about 20 kg without focusing on losing them! And I look great in the clothes I bought 10 years ago!
You attract what you someway are!
So after changing my own values even the level of my relationship changed, I’ve got amazing boyfriends, for those times, because now they are not. ))) Lol

BUT IF SOME ONE 4 YEARS AGO WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT…. I´ll have all this amazing men around me, I´m not sure I would have believed to this, I was looking to boys of a lower level then I so they was seeing me like a queen! Now I´m higher level to myself, and MAN…. Men around me are reeaalllly amazing men I don´t know whom to choose!!!… But there was a time I was smiling like a lonely-dog to almost everyone that told me I’m a princess!

I made and effort! I’ve changed my point of view! My real desires off being in this earth, in this planet!

Once I’ve started to appreciate the little girl I have inside of me, and care about her, and secure her, and do the best for her and her future, everything changed in my life!
Really enjoy in life every day right now! See myself the way I am; and people the way they really are, without trying to change them; but even maybe trying to learn something from them every day and every moment!
1 AM WHAT 1 AM!
Maybe first it’s looks like hard but then you get used to it, like going to the gym or brush your hair. You don’t always want to do this, but you need to!
Oh I also have an amazing Batman-Cat, called Sirius, like the Star! Because he makes my day - every day!
That’s my little secret! I have this some little mama-instincts relied on my Cat! Hahaha

I really would love to help all these amazing people, who we all are! Who needs some support in their changes and transformations! When you need to feel motivated or just see someone like other doing it, like an example to you … or feel some LOVE!
