A Bit About Me
I am an International Event Co-ordinator, a Certified Reflexologist and Therapeutic Touch Practitioner. In addition, I am a photojournalist and a life drawing model for artists. I am a Taurus woman and my home and hearth are important to me.
I didn't know true love till my grandson came along. I now share that love with five other grandchidren which includes two sets of twins! I love vintage vehicles. I am spiritual, and my aura indicates that I am a visionary with healing powers. I am dedicated to empowering women as I have become empowered in my life. I am a Registered, Certified Reflexologist since 1991. I studied at the Holt School of Reflexology in Etobicoke and have introduced Reflexology to The Briars Inn and Resort on Lake Simcoe and from that introduction, a full service spa now exists. I have my own business called Feet in Flight providing mobile services in Reflexology. I have provided my services to Lolly Lodge Day Spa in Trenton for the past seven years I am also trained in Esthetics and Therapeutic Touch and Access Consciousness (the Bars). I am the on call Esthetician at the Drake Devonshire in Wellington.
I am presently studying Interior Redesign. I have recently downsized from a five bedroom home to a one bedroom mobile home on the beach. Repurposing and redesigning and decorating to scale are necessary when such a downsize occurs. It has been a most freeing experience. I look forward to sharing my stories with you. The first 48 years of my life were a chaotic roller coaster and then, I went for therapy and empowerment training and it has been much smoother sailing now that I have the right tools.
What's one thing you're deeply proud of - but would never put on your resume?
While you are not able to serve men, how can you serve spirits [of the dead]?...While you do not know life, how can you know about death?
Ciao! Ciao!
Greetings!
hello!
Steem ahead!
Great for you to join us!
Happy to be here.
From 5 bedrooms to one. Quite the downsize!
that's for sure! My house sold in 3 weeks and closed in 9 days! I had my mother's stuff, my father's stuff, my daughters' stuff and my own and so had to make split second decisions about where it was all going. I kept anything that held special energy for me. The rest was donated, sold or trashed. My furniture had to be scaled down to fit my new space. I have one rule now and that is if I buy anything new, something has to go.
