Who Am I

Hey Steemit,

I've never really published anything before. I wouldn't call myself a writer, at all. I'm a 32 year old business owner from Canada. I greatly enjoy programming and have been doing it as a hobby for over 15 years. I run a few website on this here internet. 

[MudBytes](http://www.mudbytes.net) was my first website ever. It's a bit in shambles at the moment, as instability with the previous codebase caused me to update the site to an unfinished development version. The site is dedicated to the creation and advancement of Text Based Online Games called MUDs. They came before WOW, EQ, and all those other MMORPG.

[RiseScanner](http://www.risescanner.com) which is setup to view, explore and sort the Rise Blockchain. I created this simply because I wanted to be able to sort transactions from largest to smallest! It kinda just snowballed from there.

I mostly just stick to writing Python now, but to get my code to the world, I'm forced to write CSS/Javascript/HTML. I've spent a lot of time developing in C/C++, and PHP. I was involved in several MUD codebases, and a few PHP projects (namely Quicksilver Forums). 

I've recently fallen in love with the Rise Community and the concept of dPoS. In case you're wondering what that is, you stake your coins by voting for delegates. The top 101 Delegates in Rise "mine" the blocks and share the rewards equally (currently about 427 Rise per day, per delegate).
