Hello Steemit & Steemians! I'm Tommaso (Tommy if you prefer ^_^), 24, living in a small town near Milan, in Italy.

I'm studing agricoltural sciences at the University of Milan and even if I am 24 I do not have a driver licence so i travel by bike & train to the city center, where I study. My class is called "production and protection of plants" and it focuses on how better "produce" and "protect" horticoltural plants (like tomatoes, potatoes strawberries or apples, etc.. so for the "forbidden" plants I had to work alone but I knew quite also of them). Since I was a child I loved planting seeds on my home balcony to see what what would have grown and eventually to eat it!

When I don't study I love playing the bass guitar and other instruments (guitar, synthesizers, percussions) or "producing" music on my computer. I had a band for several years with two friends of mine but we broke up and me and one other member are almost ready to kick in with a brand new project!! ...And, of course, I love growing plants (..still on my balcony) that I eat with my family (..or smoke with my friends :D)!

I noticed that you people on Steemit want to know that the person you are endorsing and its contents are real so here I am:

(A few hours ago, while writing the first part of this post.. and before going to cut my hair :P!)

Then I came back home, I shaved my beard and.. after a nice pizza I was ready to write the second part of my presentation, showing to you who I really am :)!
Before starting to attend university (and still now) I had many other interests in which I put my time and energy like photography (and Photoshop, GIMP and other image modifications programs), online forums (and steemit somehow reminds me of that period, when I was 14 and I went to follow hours and hours of tutorials on youtube on "how to make a page in html" or "how to write your css" without understanding nothing but using perfectly the command "Ctrl + C" and "Ctrl + V" :D) and sports (I used to do baseball, parkour and I swim since I am a little child). Now the university, my music and, in some way, the cryptocurrencies, have meant that I took time away from many of these things.
If you understood everything since now, it means that I am at least bilingual :P! I also speak a bit of Spanish because I lived in Santiago de Compostela for six months and I studied it in middle school (with poor results at that time!). And if I gained credibility in your eyes .. it's time to lose it :P!

So this is me now, after having cleaned my whole head :D! (and after correcting the date of the photo)

Why am I here?

As I said in my first presentation (without photos and without the "real me") I registered on Steemit because I hate the classic social network platform and how it works.
I believe in the possibility of a regulated world just like Steemit, where deserving people and their efforts are rewarded just like quality content on this platform. If everyone has the power to "produce work" by doing what he likes, the whole world would be 100% more productive because we would be happy to do something rewarding for ourselfs and helpful for the others.
Steemit give us that power. The power to talk to others about our interests, our work, our passions or our holidays.. And to do all this in a completely new way (I apologize to those who have been here for a while but for me this is completly new and revolutionary).
Here, on my profile, you would find all this (except holidays, be sure of that)!
Songs or jingles made at the moment, tutorials on how to grow certain plants, tips or personal ideas on the world of cryptocurrencies and other things that I think will be useful or interesting enough to share them with all of you!
Hoping not to have bored you with this second and most complete presentation, I hope to stay in this community for a long time, to meet new people and to learn so much from each of you :)!!

Ciao Steemit e Steemians! Sono Tommaso (Tommy se preferite), ho 24 anni e vivo in una piccola cittadina vicino a Milano.
Studio scienze agrarie all'Università di Milano e, anche se ho 24 anni suonati, non ho ancora la patente e pertanto viaggio in bici e in treno per raggiungere il centro. Il corso che seguo all'università si chiama "Produzione e Protezione delle Piante" e si concentra appunto sulla "produzione" e sulla "protezione" delle piante ortofrutticole (pomodori, patate, fragole, mele etc.. per quanto riguarda le piante "proibite" ho dovuto imparare da solo ma sono giunto comunque a un discreto livello di conoscenza :p!). Fin da bambino ho avuto la passione per la terra: adoravo piantare semi sul balcone dalle piante che mangiavamo a casa per vedere cosa sarebbe cresciuto e perchè no, per mangiarlo!
Quando non studio suono il basso o altri strumenti (chitarra, sintetizzatori, percussioni) o "produco" musica sul mio coomputer. Ho avuto una band per diversi anni con due amici e dopo esserci sciolti io e l'altro membro ancora in Italia siamo quasi pronti a lanciare un progetto nuovo di zecca!

Ovviamente la passione che avevo da bambino non ha fatto che acuirsi per via dei miei studi e coltivare piante (che mangio con la mia famiglia o consumo con i miei amici) è ancora uno dei miei hobby preferiti (ancora sul mio balcone non avendo un terreno mio..)!
Ho notato che qui su Steemit volete sapere che la persona che state sostenendo e il suo contenuto sono reali, quindi eccomi qui:
(Qualche ora fa, mentre scrivevo la prima parte di questo post .. e prima di andare a tagliarmi i capelli :P! *non riposto la foto per non appesantire e per non spaventarvi due volte!!!)

Poi sono tornato a casa, mi sono fatto la barba e dopo una bella pizza sono stato pronto a scrivere la seconda parte della mia presentazione, per mostrarvi "chi" sono veramente^^!

Prima di iniziare a frequentare l'università (e ancora oggi) ho avuto molti altri interessi in cui ho messo il mio tempo e i miei sforzi come la fotografia (in particolare Photoshop, Gimp e altri programmi per la modifica delle immagini), i forum online (e Steemit mi ricorda in qualche modo quei periodi, quando avevo 14 anni e andavo a seguire ore ed ore di tutorial su Youtuve su "come creare una pagina in html" o "come scrivere il tuo css" senza capire nulla ma usando perfettamente il comando "Copia"-"Incolla") e sport (facevo baseball, parkour e nuoto fin da quando sono piccolo). Ora con gli studi, la musica e in qualche modo, con le criptovalute ho ridimensionato il tempo a disposizione per molte di queste cose.

Parlo italiano, inglese (spero per gli utenti madrelingua o per coloro che si sono avventurati nella lettura della prima versione) e un po' di spagnolo, imparato vivendo per sei mesi a Santiago de Compostela e studiandolo (con scarsi risultati) alla scuola media.

A questo punto se avete letto la presentazione in inglese sapete che dovreste vedere la mia testa a forma di lampadina senza più tutto quel pelo addosso :P :P Ho fatto una gita dal barbiere apposta per voi ^-^

Perchè sono qui?

Come ho detto nella mia prima presentazione (senza foto e senza il "vero me") mi sono registrato su Steemit perchè odio il classico social network e il suo funzionamento.

Credo nella possibilità di un mondo regolato proprio come Steemit, dove le persone meritevoli e i loro sforzi vengono premiati proprio come i contenuti di qualità su questa piattaforma. Se ognuno avesse il potere di "produrre lavoro" facendo quello che gli piace, l'intero mondo potrebbe essere il 100% più produttivo perchè ognuno di noi sarebbe felice di fare qualcosa di gratificante per se stesso e di utile per gli altri.

Steemit ci da questo potere. Il potere di parlare agli altri dei nostri interessi, del nostro lavoro, delle nostre passioni..o delle nostre vacanze.. E di fare tutto questo in una maniera completamente nuova (chiedo scusa a coloro che sono qui da un po' ma per me questa cosa è nuova e rivoluzionaria).

Qui sul mio profilo, potrete trovare tutto questo (tranne le vacanze, statene certi!). Canzoni o jingles fatti al momento, tutorial su come crescere alcune piante, suggerimenti o consigli personali sul mondo delle criptovalute ed altre cose che reputerò potranno essere abbastanza utili o interessanti da essere condivise con voi!

Sperando di non avervi annoiato con questa seconda e più completa presentazione, spero di stare a lungo in questa community, di incontrare nuove persone e di imparare tanto da ognuno di voi :)!!
