Hello Steemit! Last week on @sndbox, we announced the beginnings of The Creative Crypto, our new magazine-to-be that will serve as a professional showcase of all things creative in the decentralized world. We encourage you to check out the original linked post to see the scope of what we’re aiming for as we prepare for our full launch.

Today, as the first post on our newly minted @creativecrypto account, we’ll be looking at the exact logistics of how this account will be used, how contributions will work, and how post earnings / rewards will be distributed.

How this Page will Work

The @creativecrypto account will be dedicated to posting a mix of short and long-form articles [that will be reformatted in the www.thecreativecrypto.com interface], alongside major updates and Steemit-based activities. Articles will be complimented by questionnaires and Steem-centric campaigns to better grasp the creative landscape through the Steem community. All articles will be published on the Steem blockchain, but the content will also focus on creative impact throughout the cryptocurrency environment. The outward facing website - thecreativecrypto.com - will be an easy to approach site where newcomers can learn about all kinds of cryptocurrency projects.

Each article will be authored by contributors and vetted by a dedicated editorial team. Many of these initial articles will cover creative and community work executed within the Steemit ecosystem. Over time, the content will expand to cover many other cryptocurrencies in a fashion similar to cointelegraph.com. The types of articles (of course subject to change an be added onto) will be as follows -

• Spotlight on an Individual, Organization, Company, or Project
• Interview with Leading Professional(s)
• Theoretical and Practical Applications of Crypto in the Creative World
• Events and Announcements

A weekly newsletter will be put out by email for those signed-up on The Creative Crypto and published here on this account as well.

Role & Reward Breakdown

The structure of the team and SBD post rewards will be distributed in the following way (below). 100% of the SBD earned from blog posts will be distributed to the contributors. This reward structure will become active once @creativecrypto officially launches this Spring.

Role	SBD	Responsibilities
		Guest Author(s) - Guest authors will produce original content about their own work within the blockchain ecosystem. These articles can be long-form, short-form or interview style posts.
		Project Reporter(s) - Reporters are responsible for curating, scouting and corresponding with project leaders to compile short or long-form posts.
		Lead Editors and Managers - [@sndbox] The editors will oversee all operations, vet incoming / outgoing material, and program the long-term trajectory of the magazine.
		Developer(s) - The developer(s) will be responsible for development and growth of thecreativecrypto.com website.
		Administrator - The administrator is responsible for general operations, social media outreach and bi-yearly publication.

All accumulated Steem Power will be periodically powered-down to fund specific activities and products of The Creative Crypto. These will include a bi-yearly physical publication, exhibitions in various cities, public workshops and events, crypto-SWAG, and other products for the Steemit community and general audience. No Steem Power will go to personal accounts and all major expenditures will be broadcasted through this account prior to any withdrawals.

Are you interested in participating? If you have come across an interesting project that aligns with The Creative Crypto mission - share a link and a short blurb describing the project. Comments will be curated by the @creativecrypto team and eligible for partial @sndbox upvotes. We want to engage the broader Steemit public as much as possible. As the magazine develops we'll be exploring new roles and ways to participate.

The Creative Crypto team will constantly seek new ways to engage the Steemit public. As the magazine develops our team will be publishing creative contests, surveys, and scouting opportunities for all Steemians to report creative developments in exchange for upvotes and bounties.
