Those blue & red lines (moving averages) crossed eachother two days ago. When the blue line crosses above the red line it signals that a down trend has already started. I'm not sure how many days the trend will last but it's obvious the down trend started 3 days ago. The general direction of Ethereum is still in an up trend (I didn't draw the up trend channel on this screenshot) but if you look at the channel, the price is starting to get off the channel from under...
So, as for the technical I'm bearish at this moment, at least in the short term. And in my opinion, the fundamentals are not good either... Let's
