My official intro to Steemit - Hi fellow Steemians!

After testing the platform and reaching over 200 followers myself, i have finally decided that it is time to introduce myself.

Who am I?

I am Claudiu, a Software Engineer, from Romania ( Eastern Europe ), working for automotive industry, based in Germany. I can tell you that there will be very cool LCD dsplays displaying velocity, rpm, g-meter, navigation and media inside your future cars.

What do I do besides my regular job?

Starting with August of 2016, I am also an Entrepreneur and i've started my own business which has 2 main directions: Web Development and Embedded Solutions (see www.bullstamp.com). It is not hard to guess what web development means, so i will extend a bit the second part: Embedded Solutions.

At Embedded Solutions we are developing a software and hardware system for greenhouses with 3 different modules:
1. AgroSec module: if someone enters your greenhouse without permission, we are using sensors to detect the movement; lights and sound will turn on, trying to scare the people stealing the vegetables. We also send you an SMS or a notification via our smartphone application, having the option of an automatic call to a security firm.
2. AgroMonitor module: we offer real-time data on your smartphone regarding the soil/ water/ air temperature, humidity, acidity and so on. Moreover, the history of the parameters can be checked if one wants and see how they evolved during the agricultural season.
3. AgroControl module: with this module, you can control pumps, watering, ventilation of your greenhouse, remotly, via smartphone, without the need to be physically there.
And.. we also build the greenhouses itself:

What do I like?

There are many interesting things for me to do out there, besides IT and computers:
I am a car enthusiast, i like motorsports, specially Formula 1 GrandPrix where i've been last year (Hungaroring GrandPrix) and i really enjoyed it. Needless to say, this year i will go again with my 2 brothers who also enjoy motorsports.

Reading: my all time favorite is "War and Peace" written by Lev Tolstoi but also enjoy a lot the South America's fiction: Gabriel Garcia Marquez with his surreal fiction - such a magic realm. South and Central America (Cuba, Chile, Bolivia, Brasil) has an incredible history and my dream is to go there some day. I also enjoyed very much "A song of ice and fire" book series.

The books i am currently reading

History books, specially regarding the two World Wars are a constant in my reading schedule together with personal/ career development books. I enjoy reading both, in romanian and english.

Movies: I admit that "Breaking Bad" is my all time favorite series and "Once upon a time in Mexico" together with "Interstellar" are my all time favorite movies. Others series that i like are "Better call Saul" and "Narcos".

Crypto

Regarding the crypto currencies, i first took contact in 2013 and kept an eye on it since then, but didn't invest anything in it. Well, this year i started a few investing positions because i realised the huge potential of this new technology. The blockchain will be the biggest revolution since the invention if the internet, except that it will expand at a greater pace than it.

Here I am together with my girlfriend which i love very much, and i want to introduce her to you. And dear steemians, don't forget: put your personal life before everything else (this includes making money)!!
