Greetings fellow Steemians and blockchain enthusiasts, it’s nice to be here!
I’ve been lurking on Steemit for a while, and I've that decided now is the time to finally do my own introduction post, so here goes!
My name is Christian Payne, and I’m on Steemit because I love blockchain. In all my years I have never seen anything that quite grabbed my attention the way blockchain does, which is why Steemit seems like the perfect place to post content, as it allows me to actively support the evolution of this technology.
I was born in England, but 7 years ago I decided to move to Copenhagen in Denmark, where I currently live with my girlfriend. It was definitely the right move for me on both a personal level and a professional one. I have been in the headhunting and recruitment industry for 14 years now, and it lead me to start my own company, Code Resourcing, which focuses on recruiting for the IT and blockchain industry.
At Code Resourcing I get to combine my passions for recruitment and working with people, along with my new-found passion for blockchain. Finding the right developers for various ICOs and blockchain projects is exciting and challenging all at once, and I am never one to shy away from a challenge! It is immensely satisfying to be able to help the blockchain community evolve by ensuring the best developers are working on ICOs and projects I believe in.
In fact, all that’s missing right now is to somehow combine my passion for running, with my work. Marathons are a time consuming business though, so unfortunately I don’t get to do them as much as I would like. However, I am happy to say that I will be running the Copenhagen marathon this summer - a great incentive to lose some of the winter weight I've put on!
I look forward to posting my thoughts on recruitment and blockchain on Steemit, and continuing to read all the amazing content that is already here.
Cheers and a great weekend to all of you!

Thank you Kaleem :)
Welcome :)!
Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?
Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
Thank you for the information and tips! :)
