I'm Chattie ❤ - WELCOME ME

Saying thank you would not be enough, so grateful to be part of this team.

I just wanna introduce myself first, by the way I'm Charity Ravanes. 27 years of existence and from City of Naga, Cebu, Phil's. I earned already my bachelor's course which is Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Professional Academy of the Philippines. Though my school was not the same as yours but I'm truly grateful and indeed happy because I had so much memories to be treasured in my school.

Above picture was my first job and I was an IT Assistant Specialist at Kepco SPC Power Corp.,
which is located at Colon City of Naga, Cebu. Usually, I'm responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems. An IT assistant's duties include configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users. Me, may work at a help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems for the employees who was needing assistance. I am also responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.

And now, I'm currently working as Research Analyst in a private company.
