Casandra Rose: Supermom, author, and direct support professional
About a year ago, I found myself in the precarious situation of being a single mom with three kids, needing urgently to get back into the workforce. (The photo below is of my three year old). I got a wonderful job supporting people with disabilities. It doesn't pay a lot in money, but I get to hang out and empower some of the most amazing people in the world! I'm planning to share some stories here so you good folks of Steem can get an idea of how people with different abilities view the world.
I am a single mom and my budget is super tight, so writing about the unique people I support will be an excellent way to earn extra income. And, if I can help you appreciate and value this section of society, then I have succeded!
Can there be a love which does not make demands on its object?
@confucius Jeebus whoever your owner is must be getting rich off this. It's the 10th time in 10 times I've seen you post relevant and thoughtful messages.

@casandrarose Awesome new intro! You're working with the handicapped now? That's really cool! By the way, you should hop over here since I know you're interested in this sort of thing.
