Welcome to Steemit. Best advice - start writing. I write up all my trading activity and use it as a way to learn from my good and bad trades and to educate other learners. Over time I have built a structured approach to writing it up (and to thinking about it). That makes the writing easier.
i also write about the orchids I find in the bush which is one of my passions. Easy enough to keep finding fresh stuff to write up.
