My Journey of Apprenticeship

Hello world,

This is my first ever attempt at blogging on any medium, let alone Steem. I have no idea what to write or say or do, so I'm winging it. This is my first of many entries from a regular guy, that has always aspired to be more. Recently, after deep contemplation, I came to the realization that I am in my apprenticeship right now. I am learning and performing in things I didn't think I could. In the day and age we exist in today, someone from half way around the world can read this blog, never knowing me, or meeting me, but can read my words and feel what I'm saying. Quite an incredible time!
Appreciating the apprenticeship is the hardest part of this right now, especially being a millennial that doesn't want to wait for anything. I have to work hard, teaching myself, working a regular job, and pursuing my dreams. So to anyone else that has not reached their "dream," keep chugging, because as Les Brown would say, practice only makes improvement, while you are here you have a chance to improve your best. My dream started years ago, and has driven me to this exact moment, writing this blog. If I knew the course of life before, who knows how things will work out.
My dream, Cannabis Independent, hence the handle @cannabisind, was my desire to leave a lasting mark on the world. It was a news media idea solely focusing on the cannabis industry and its research. Who knows, maybe it will be something one day. At the present though, I have paced backwards and began to work in the field, editing videos for a client in London, and its amazing. I am learning and applying principles from years ago and new and expressive ways. My own obliviousness guiding me through the turbulence.

If I rambled, its my first blog EVER, so cut a guy some slack. I hope to help the world see through its paradigms, and change from the inside out.
