Hi everyone! This is my first post on here and I'm really excited to be a part of this community! I'm in the military and absolutely love my job. I have one son who is absolute hell on wheel at 15 months old and a beautiful wife, who happens to also be the best gym partner I could ask for.

I love being in the gym and in the kitchen, and I;m looking forward to sharing ideas with people around the world about fitness and food, and how we can make the world a better and healthier place. I hope everyone enjoys my posts in the future, they should be a blast!
