Welcome to Steemit! On the wellness therapies front, have you tried cold showers? Brutal at first, but they have a ton of benefits! In any case, looking forward to following your posts.
Thanks very much @brenthale - funny you say that, I actually have and I try to end all my showers on the cold setting but it's easier when I'm in a hot country! Weather in England makes it tough ha. Although it is getting warmer here every day now :)
