Wow @natalielovejoy! I love this post. My favorite part (all parts were great) was your reference to your 'co-workers'. Not many owners call their staff 'co-workers'. Good for you!
Thanks @bonni! The word 'Boss' makes me feel uncomfortable :) and at the end of the day, we all work along side each other. I wouldn't have a salon at all if I didn't have them. I consider us all equals. <3
