Barry Michael Doyle - YouTuber, Programmer, Musician, Athlete (weird combo, I know...)
Hey guys! My name is Barry Michael Doyle :) I'm new to steemit so I thought I'd introduce myself. I have thrown up 3 posts just to get started so this is my 4th.
Firstly I've recently got started with YouTube. In the space of 3 weeks I've managed to get my first 100 subs! :D You can find my channel here.
Here's a picture of my face because why not?
That photo is actually hosted on my blog. (Which is not as active as my YouTube channel)
On another note. I'm an athlete focused mainly on long distance running. I ran a sub 4 marathon yesterday.
I'm also a musician. My main instrument is Bass Guitar but I'm also great at acoustic & electric guitar, ukulele and singing :D

STOPHi Barry! Welcome to the platform. Steemit is definitely a place where you can promote your original content, and from the looks of your YouTube channel, it looks like you have a lot. I'd advise you to seek out people with similar interests and comment on their posts. It's the best way to build a nice following and raise your reputation.
I'm a fellow bass guitar player, so I know how fun that can be. Some of my fellow graduate students and I started a band a couple of years ago, and we've had a blast with it. I'm sure it'd be great to see some videos of your music.

Awesome man :) Thanks a lot for the advice. I'm going to check out those links :D I'd have to wait until the end of the year before I can start recording some of my jams since I'm a little broke. But starting a new job in November so I can get back on track then :P
