You came over at a very precarious time for this platform simply because the payout window for posts (it means what it sounds like) has been changed from 24 hours, and 30 days to simply one pay window of 7 days. Not to bog you down but rest assured that the pay will increase in the next 4 weeks to stabilize, as there has just been an update a couple days ago, much anticipated update.
There's a hamburger menu next to your profile pic in the top right, there you can go to chat where you will have to register again as currently it runs off a different system, once there you can find help with this platform and any questions you have relatively easy.
