I know how that goes, it easy to put off things like yoga.
You should definitely start though, because starting really is the hardest part. After you make it a routine you will feel lost if you miss a day.
Yeah, its hard to believe it has only been a year. But to be completely honest I got a bit obsessed for a while and was doing 4 to 5 classes a week on top of practicing at home daily. lol. I don't expect other people to get addicted like I did!
I hope I can inspire you to do at least a little yoga each week, it will make you take time for self improvement everyday and that is very important and extremely under rated.
