Who am I?
My name is Natalia Stós and I am very happy that I finally joined Steemit!
I am a lover of a healthy and natural lifestyle. I believe that we can not live in isolation from nature, because we are a part of it. The nature knows best what is good for our body and health, which is why it is so important not to eliminate it from our lives. Although, in the modern world life in harmony with nature is not easy at all, I want to show you that it can be done in a pleasant and effective way.
I run a blog, about living in harmony with nature and myself.
I live in a beautiful village in Poland, I love yoga, running, mountain and bicycle trips. I hope that we will get to know each other soon :)
What will I do at Steemit and what content will you find with me?
I will share my knowledge and experience to help you better understand your body and its connections with the natural environment. I will show you how, using simple patents, you can have a positive impact on your life.
Do you know that you can significantly improve your everyday well-being and health, and hence the quality of your whole life, thanks to nature? And that it is not difficult at all :) You will see the power of herbs, ordinary vegetables and fruits, how important is internal balance, mindfulness and activity.
The content I post will be first of all checked and valuable. I do not want to keep the knowledge I have gained and I'm constantly expanding, for myself - I want everyone to use it!
I hope that soon we will get to know each other!
