Konnichiwa Steemit Community
My name is Akito Yamato and I have lived in Switzerland since my birth. And no, I'm not related to Satoshi Nakamoto.
Well, I'm an engineer, but I'd rather call myself a developer. The following question is always "what I am developing". If I already knew that, I wouldn't have to develop it anymore.
The result must always contain two components: 1. my personal note (for my ego) and 2. it must be simple (the keyword is “convenience”). Even though I enjoy details and complex things, I am aware that it is not the case with everyone. Therefore, “user-friendliness” or “usability is the central element in my developments.
Since the end of 2010 I have been working intensively on the topic of crypto currencies and blockchain. New technologies and fields of application: the heart of a developer beats faster! Since 2015, I have joined forces with a number of experts from various branches to form a network. They call it akito.ch, even though I don't really enjoy using my name. Our marketing colleague has also tried to build a website (research for young people). But the magic is not in the unprofessional website, but in our projects and research.
The underlying technology of blockchain is really fundamental, but now the many promises have to be realized. I would like to contribute to this. With the network akito.ch and myblocks I am involved in various projects. Because of the existing NDA's I can't talk about it in detail. The current projects are in the health care sector, financial industry, logistics and security.
Until today I have not used any social media (such as facebook). With Steemit I leave my comfort zone. But a socialmedia platform that uses the blockchain technology aroused my curiosity. I'm very excited about how Steemit works and how it will develop.

If you were interesting and working on the blockchain since 2010, I hope that you purchased a little bitcoin... It was probably under $1 then...
