Hello steemians. How's your day going? Thanks to @rafael.espina for introducing Steemit to me.

I'm Roxie, 29, from the Philippines but currently living and working here in Japan. Born on January 30, 1989. YES! It's my birth month. 1st time to celebrate without my family beside me . I have 7 siblings and I'm the 2nd from the eldest. A BIG FAMILY indeed but full of fun and love living in a simple life. As the saying goes "Enjoy life while it lasts".

Working overseas is a bit hard coz you will be thousand miles away from your family. But, they are my inspirations and motivations to work hard and earn more.

Sadly, it was my 1st Christmas and New year without them. And, definitely for some special occassions. That's what sacrificing is all about I guess. But, atleast with the help of our amazing technologies, we, overseas workers, feels like home even if it's a thousand miles apart 😊

I know, you can have them visit you hehe. But not all 9 of them haha. Maybe parents? I got friends in Jap too and they had a great time bringing their families over the Golden Week holiday and during fall for hanami.
I do wish I can visit Nihon someday. Got my friends there, lots of places to crash hehe.

And wow you are from Osaka? That's nice. Lots of sights to see there.
I think it's a nice place for your fam to visit, compared to the busier Tokyo.
