Let me introduce myself.....
I am the author of the upcoming book "The Roar Within" my work is based on my clients, my work with the Bengal Cheerleaders and years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Even though I have achieved a high level of success, I am still on my journey and learning everyday.
Who am I?
I'm 51, in menopause, have struggled with life long health issues, but I'm happy to say I've crushed my health issues and now live in vitality and energy.
I am the health and fitness coach for the NFL Cincinnati BenGal Cheerleaders, my clients, upcoming author and mother of two adult children.
I am a foodie who believes in superfoods, raw foods, juicing, wild food foraging, using food to heal your body.
I believe in weight lifting (especially the older we get), the mini-rebounder for detoxing, staying active and working daily on great posture.
Disclaimer: I'm not perfect and have my own struggles I work on daily, but I am willing to share them and get support from YOU, if you are willing?
The first chapter in my book is "Finding Strength Through Struggle" my life has been riddled with struggle giving me a different perspective on life. It was my "Inner Roar" that got me through and is now taking me to new heights.
