Who am I?? Introducing myself

Greetings to everyone!
Yesterday I joined steemit. I have looked on to the possibilities on how it works so then I tried to go with this flows. But because I am one of the newbies here, I asked some help from others and got replied today. Someone suggested that I should introduce myself in a formal way. So , here it goes :

My name is Edryne, 30 years old. Philippines is my country and I love to teach children because I am a teacher. This is the first time I used to spent my whole time in social media. School, home, church, malls are my destinations before. But since yesterday, my life was different because of this thing called steemit. At first, I just wanted to make friends here but as I read some details here, I changed my mind. And today I'm hoping to make others happy by following them and give my votes for them. As what they've wish for.
