Women are wired differently from men. We express our emotions more frequently and more deeply. It’s normal for us to get moody on regular base. It’s nature’s way. And we don’t necessarily have to medicate away the essence of who we are to make others more comfortable. If we can understand our own bodies and our naturally cycling hormones, and then we can make informed choices about how to live better in the end. #pressforprogress
