What about intermittent fasting?
I am going to try intermittent fasting and i would like your opinion about it...
Have you ever tried it?
Did you see any results ?
I wil give a try to the 16/8 method where you skip breakfast and you leave an 8hour eating window and 16 hours of fasting.
I will try it for at least a month and i would like your opinion and your overall experience if you ever done it.
I have read many benefits of intermittent fasting like:
-Increase of HGH human growth hormone
-Reduction of insulin levels
-Cellular repair
-Gene expression that help you live longer and avoid disease
