It is not an example but an inspiration

Hello dear community, today I want to use my pen, or rather, my keyboard, to express something that has been hovering in my head for a while.

Excuse me I am a musician, therefore, it is inevitable for me to speak of inspiration through melodies.

• Inspiration, I personally think: it is a stimulus that "magically" we receive from someone or something, which leads us to transcend something we normally consider with some degree of difficulty, regardless of what it may be.

If we observe it from a musical point of view, we see great artists who Inspired by some situation, circumstances, couples, their way of life, among others, emptied into a theme or disc all that encouragement, which will finally be received by everyone who I heard it, and with luck they feel identified.

We could name many, but that is not the case, I think they already understood the idea (or I hope so).

Great, but what does this have to do with the title?

When we see a baby grow, we find many wonderful things, one of them is to see the parents intrigued by hearing their first words, veils take their first steps, and the parents carried by the cravings, encourage or stimulate the child to perform these activities . To the point that I want to arrive, is that human beings need to be stimulated, we need indisputably someone or something that does not encourage us to carry out jobs with some degree of difficulty, which under normal conditions we would not dare.

Man by nature is a gregarious being, that is, we tend to be in groups, we love having people around us, of course, some more than others. But what is difficult is when you are the leader of the group, or somehow you need everyone to line up to perform one or several tasks, or even something simple like being the head of a department of the company where you work.

We can read thousands of books, study biographies of great leaders, and although this helps us, it does not qualify us as "good leaders".

The boss adds, while the leader multiplies

Many authors insist on teaching that a good team leader is one who is an example, but sometimes the example places people on a pedestal, and yes, the example is fundamental, but it is not everything.

Many times a speech has moved more people to a purpose, than someone who has been an example. Such is the case of Adolf Hitler, historians report that this man did not receive academic studies, although he was considered self-taught, he was a military man, founder of political parties, among other things, none of which led him to be the main brain of Germany power that once became, what led to this, was the nationalist discourse, and ideas that were certainly radical but somehow necessary, to transform a country of drunks and prostitutes to a world power.

To make it clearer, we do not need only the example, we also need to be motivated, stimulated, inspired. This is the great challenge.

In the bible, we find many examples that would support this idea, but I want to specify one in specific.

In the book of Acts chapter 2 is the first discourse of the apostle Peter, after all the words, it was obtained a result that today, after two thousand years, is still marked that precedent of inspiration of a speech that mainly affects three thousand people and then, many more people were stimulated by the gospel, which even indirectly caused the Roman Empire to fall for lack of followers.
