Reflection of Oneself

Alas it seems that many in life want positive energy in their lives, they want love, they want spirituality or they want happiness. Yet they ignore when such things appear before thy eyes, they merely turn a blind eye and look away. They merely roll their eyes to the notion of it, or to the message from the messenger and instead attack, slander or criticize them.

Sadly so many shut their hearts to the good intentions of others, as they bathe in the madness, hate and anger that exists in this world today. They close their minds to the signs and symbols set before us mentally, physically and emotionally by the Grand Architect himself. They become weak, ignorant and null to the potential that lies within them all to overcome and arise. This is something we all do in life for it is easier to complain about issues than to alter that which we complain about.

With much regret I can humbly state that I too have fallen pawn to such a tainted cycle in life, such a decay and withering path. Instead of seeing the light before us, we see the darkness. Instead of hearing the majestic sounds of nature, of God's creations, of possibility. We listen to the gossip created by our inner and outer demons, we pay heed to the venomous temptations of society which distract us from believing in oneself. Instead of coming to terms with the true meaning of life, of love, of existence itself, we focus on matters that matter very little. We fail to grasp the notion that life is simple, for it is truly not complex nor was it ever meant to be.

In truth it is we and solely we who make it far more complex than it needs to be. It is we who in the end must chose the path best set for us, a path that will either evolve our lives, or be the catalyst that squanders it away leaving nothing behind. It is human nature to make mistakes, but sheer foolishness to repeat them over and over again. What we do with our lives, with what precious time we have left in existence is up to us and always has been. Either we strive to fly with faith and belief in oneself, or fall and falter toward our own demise.

The choice is mine, its yours, it has always been ours.
We create our own existence, our own path, and our own future whether or bad by our choices.
