How to overcome insomnia in two days

I've woken up at night and slept through the morning a few days in a row.
I've messed up my sleep routine from being on my phone too much.
And it's not a best moment when you find yourself being too much lazy.
So I decided to bring my life back to normal. :)
And I want to share a tiny little tip for this if you suffer from sleep schedule like me.

The best way to change your sleep routine is to not sleep at all for a day.
Even if you're super tired for that day, do not take a nap, even for a second, and endure until evening.
And "GO TO BED EARLY" compared to your normal sleep schedule.
You can fall asleep easily since you haven't slept for a day.
Finally you'll have sweet dreams.
