Love oneself first

Take sometime for thinking, I'll want to tell you, i love myself, ant that be summarizes in I'm happy, be happy, although sounds empty, i know, these only words, but only anybody really knows, oneself. What is the meaning of this? for that i decided write and share with you this words.

Look at yourself on the mirror, although it is not necessary, because you can feel, you are. See the most value person that exists, see the person that you should love and respect, that's you see, you are. Love yourself, it's first.

Can be quite easy as difficult to understand, is on you, but you will understand that everyone is so, because each one of us exists as you, as me. How do it know? look at their actions.

Is reciprocal, begin in oneself.
Everyone needs knows it and comprehend.
