Inktober Contest by @deveerei Entry: Watch Before You Speak

Each individual on the universe has their unique pair of eyes. It's like a window to see what's in the innermost of our being. Where our authentic emotions cloak into that we couldn't express to others. Whilst our mouth is able to reveal accuracy or falsehood. However, not all of what we see and say are real. There are things we couldn't say in fear of being criticized by people. Oftentimes, we pretend to be blind and mute. Like those who are dampened to reveal the deceitfulness to awaken the eyes of humanity.

Bawat nilalang sa kalawakan ay may natatanging pares ng mata. Ito ay mistulang bintana upang makita kung anu ang nasa ating kalooban. Mga tunay na emosyon na pinipigil ibahagi sa iba. Samantalang ang bibig naman ay siyang naghahayag ng katotohanan o kasinungalingan. Hindi lahat ng nakikita at sinasabi natin ay totoo. May mga nakikita din tayo na hindi natin masabi sa takot na tayo ay husgahan ng ating kapwa. Kaya minsan, nagbubulagbulagan tayo, nagpapanggap na pipi. Mistulang walang boses para isiwalat ang mali para mamulat ang mata ng sangkatauhan.
Sinasarili ang nakikita, nagpipigil sambitin. Sa ating araw-araw na buhay, mas maiging manood muna bago magsalita.

Good afternoon everyone! How is your rainy Saturday going? Are you done with your Mother's command? Have you dated your girlfriend? Typical situations of a young Filipino every weekend.... do some house chores, do homework or to roam around…. Which one are you?

Me? I just finished creating my entry to the contest of @deveerei that you could also join. Mechanics can be seen here. I only wish that I meet the deadline.

Magandang tanghali sa inyong lahat! Kamusta ang iyong maulan na Sabado… nagawa mo na ba ang inutos sa iyo ng nanay mo? Naidate mo na ba ang girlfriend mo? Tipikala na sitwasyon ng kabataang Pilipino tuwing sabado… maglinis ng bahay, gumawa ng assignment o mag lakwatsa. Alin ka dito?
Ako eto, kakatapos lang gawin ang panlaban ko sa pacontest ni @deveerei na maari mo ding salihan! Alamin dito kung paano. Sana naihabol ko pa ito.

Materials that I used to create this drawing are…. ink from marker, dying pentel pen, and gel pen/sign pen

I enjoyed the time creating this. My sibling said that my theme that I've used here was eery. But if you will come to think about it, it's a reflection of what's happening to our country. So to my countrymen… pay attention to your surroundings.

Nag-enjoy ako sa mga oras na ginagawa ko ito. Sabi ng kapatid ko ang weirdo daw ng tema na ginamit ko. Pero kung iisiping mabuti repleksyon ito ng mga pangyayari sa ating bansa. Kaya magmasid ng mabuti sa paligid mga kabayan…
