Two tips for the care of our feet.
Today I want to share with all of you two home remedies for the care of our feet.
As we all know, it is one of the parts of our body that suffers the most. Both because they support all our weight, and because they are almost always covered ... Despite this, it is one of the parts that we care less and that less importance we give. But this, we can change it very easily. We are going to solve two of the most common problems in the feet.
Deodorant bath of feet.
The bad smell of feet is very common and very uncomfortable for those who suffer from it. It is usually due to the bacteria that usually live in humid places. Footwear and socks are an ideal place for them due to the sweat of the foot.
Ingredients
6 tablespoons of rosemary.
2 handfuls or 2 tablespoons of mint.
2 tablespoons of angelica.
6 or 8 juniper berries.
1 liter of water.
Preparation mode
Put a liter of water in a pot. When it starts to boil, we put all the ingredients. We let it boil 5 or 10 minutes and put out the fire. Cover the casserole and let it sit for 1 hour. After this time, we strain it and put it in the fridge.
When we want or have a little time, we will take a foot bath. For this, we will put water in a basin. We add 1/4 liter of the liquid we have prepared. We submerged the feet for 15 - 20 minutes. After this time we dry them very well, taking special care in drying between the fingers. Finally, we will apply an astringent.
Care of the nails of the feet
Another problem of the feet are the nails. Many people have very hard nails. This may be due to age (they harden over the years), or the presence of fungi.
Ingredients
photos nails 3 tablespoons of almond oil.
1 tablespoon of ammonia.
1 spoon of talcum powder.
How to use
Mix the 3 ingredients and apply it several times a day on the nails.

Woff, woff!
Hello @gabrielanunez, Nice to meet you!
I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.
KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!
Tips:
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!
