Let us illustrate your problem:
Liberals want to ration health care.

Two people suffering from the China virus enter a hospital seeking medical help.

The hospital determines that the hospital does not have sufficient staff, adequate equipment or available medication to treat both potrntial patients.

Who lives and who dies?

The ruling class is designing laws, rules and regulations to answer these questions.

In an apparent “reasonable” approach, (the ruling class must try to create the color of reasonableness if they hope to get away with any of this) liberals say that the otherwise life expectancy of the potential patient should be the determinative deciding factor. For example, if one potential patient is old with an actuarially few nor years to live, and afflicted with other potentially life treating issues (e.g. Diabetes)having nothing to do with the China Virus that potential patient should be denied limited life-saving resources in favor of the potential patient having the longer actuarial life expectancy.

Now let us illustrate a real example of this murder scheme.

An older American is one of the potential patients. That American, because he is older, has one strike against him.

Because he is an American, he is more likely to have Diabetes, because Americans eat well. Theretofore strike two.

On the other hand, if the other potential patient is an illegal alien, he is more likely to be younger and because he lived in some third world country, he is far less likely to suffer from overeating disorders.

The third strike id obvious.
The ruling class is more likely to favor the illegal alien, whom they presume would vote to perpetuate the ruling class in their positions of power.
