When I think about programs related to 5G and Climate Change ... I cannot help to think that global economy need them to stay strong within upcoming future.

Basically we need some large projects within new markets - new industries which will drive economic growth.

I'm myself worried about 5G since I've read number of publications explaining how little research has been done to predict impact of 5g antenas on humans. And those antenas need to be placed very close to each other (that's the specific of frequency being used by 5g).
