All over the world, why does it feel okay for government to wake and next time to make laws that further hurts the people. More often in my country, the government is against anyone who speaks the truth or takes the route of activism, we have been fed with lies and the people care less about the government.
May 1 happens to be workers day and suppose to be a day when workers are celebrated, gone are those days when the welfare of the workers are being put first but now, the story has changed as workers no longer know the worth because the government now treats its workers with dismay and disrespect.
In most States in my country, workers are been owned salary for months. And the workers right are not being protected, even the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) is now a toothless bulldog. They now fear the government of the day and has gone voiceless.
Who will protect the people from the Democratic Military president?
The president answers to no one and spends tax payers money and exploits the national treasury with impunity. Elections are drawing near and high rates of underaged voters has been snapped and yet the Electoral body has denied any involvement.
Does the government really care about the people?
People need to care more about the government and show up to some government meetings.

To my own opinion government care about us partially but the problem is that individuals are always after their pocket first. Some people are in the government that is they want the safety of people but looking at it in this area we can never have good people through in a place surely there must be a bad omen among them. What people want is the fast growth of a country so with this process we we always get the wrong people to rule us. Patient does all thing if we are patient we will never fall into the trap of choosing a bad person to rule us.
