The Liberals Have Won: Alex Jones Permanently Kicked Off Twitter

It was only a matter of time before it happened, we knew it was coming, but today it finally happened. Alex Jones and Info Wars have been permanently kicked off of Twitter, his last commercial social media platform outlet after recently being deplatformed from Facebook, YouTube, Spotify and other sites.

The ban on Twitter was done under the guise of violating Twitter's abusive behaviour policies. What actually motivated the ban on the surface was allegedly a Periscope feed (Periscope is owned by Twitter) Jones was doing where he got into a debate with a CNN reporter and Marco Rubio.

If the timing of this feels a little too convenient and timely to you, that's because it probably is. Intuition is rarely ever wrong, it's an instinct telling you something is wrong or is going to happen and we usually ignore it in most cases.

The incident occurred when the Senate Intelligence Committee was taking testimony from executives at numerous social media companies including Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. Alex Jones understandably was angry that he wasn't invited to defend himself given he has been at the centre of this conservative purge on social media.

What Jones did was no different than a left or right-wing activist arguing for their own rights and views as well. I have seen a tonne of videos of left-leaning liberals heckling people on video, yet somehow they keep their YouTube and Twitter accounts.

The ban just proves Alex Jones right

Now that Alex Jones has nothing to lose, he can literally go on the offence more-so than he ever has before. Jones is now unleashed and I think he is going to start getting more aggressive and honestly, I don't blame him for that.

I don't believe in some of the things Jones has said or done, but he is being made a martyr in this whole conservative social media purge which is inevitably going to lead to regulation.

In fact, Trump mentioned recently that he was considering regulating these social media platforms and with the ban on Jones, it might be the final straw that pushes Trump to act. When he does, the liberals are going to be wishing they never pursued their anti-Jones agenda.

This whole situation argues more for the case of what Jones has been saying about the media and liberals, that there is a war on for free-speech and speaking your mind is considered hate-speech if someone doesn't like what you have to say.

Now that Jones has nothing much more to lose, people should be scared. If they thought his influence was a danger before, now it's going to be even more dangerous and with no more sites to kick him off of, it's game time.

The war on the right begins

This whole time we've been seeing the pre-game, but now that Jones is gone from all major platforms focus will shift to another target and then another. Liberals will not be happy until all singular gender conservative figures are purged from the internet.

I believe that it is now on President Donald Trump to fix this and I think he will. What the solution will be will remain to be seen, but it's coming and trust me, it's not what the liberals will want.
